About My Next

My Next is a family of three iOS apps — Todo, List, and Note. Each app does one thing well. Together they cover most of what a calm, personal productivity setup needs.

Todo organises your days and weeks with routines and reminders. List handles the practical everyday lists — groceries, packing, errands. Note holds your thoughts, ideas, and reference material in plain rich text.

You can use one. You can use all three. The apps are designed to feel right on their own and quietly better together.

Most productivity apps are built for teams and offices. My Next is built for individuals and for the rhythm of a personal week.

That shapes the small decisions. The defaults assume one user. The features sit close to what a single person actually does day to day — plan a week, remember the groceries, jot down an idea before it's gone — instead of orchestrating shared workflows.

Less ceremony. Fewer settings. Quieter screens.

The apps store your todos, lists, and notes locally on your iPhone. There is no account to sign up for, no cloud sync to opt into, and nothing you write is ever sent to us.

That is the baseline. It is not a paid feature, and it is not a setting you have to find. It is how the apps work the moment you install them.

Two limited things do leave the device, and we would rather say them plainly than bury them. The first is a limited anonymous app-opening event — which app was opened, whether the launch was cold or warm, the app's language, a timestamp, and a randomly generated anonymous identifier used only to group those events. It exists so we can tell whether anyone is using what we build, and you can turn it off completely in Settings.

The second is subscription information. My Next: Extra runs on RevenueCat, so each app sends it a randomly generated customer ID — no name, no email address, no account ID — and RevenueCat handles the purchase and entitlement status Apple reports. That ID sits in a shared keychain entry on your device, which is the whole trick behind one subscription unlocking all three apps without an account. It is also what restores a purchase and carries Extra across to a replacement phone inside a backup file. Apple processes the payments, so no card details reach us or RevenueCat. Since Extra would not function without it, this part is not covered by the analytics switch.

No todo, list, or note content is included in either one, and neither is used for advertising or sold to data brokers.

Sync is something we may add later, deliberately, with clarity around what is stored and where. Until then, your iPhone holds your content — and only your iPhone.

Calm is not a marketing word here — it is a constraint the apps have to meet.

The interfaces stay quiet. Colour is used sparingly and consistently across the family — a sage green for Todo, an ocean-slate blue for List, a soft violet for Note. Typography is generous. Animation is restrained. Nothing nudges, badges, or interrupts unless you asked it to.

The apps respect your attention because that is the actual product. Everything else is plumbing.
